Anna-Carin's Carpet


Anna-Carin Betzen lives in Sweden. She wrote to us and enclosed this picture of her beautifully stitched, tiny version of our "Rosanna" carpet, in deep red - worked on 48-count silk gauze.



This is what she wrote: 
"I build 1/48th scale dollhouses and when I saw your book I wanted to try one of the designs. I settled for the Rosanna, and stitched it on 48 count silk gauze, using a single strand of DMC cotton. I'm very pleased with the results and wanted to show it to you. Unfortunately I don't have a room setting for it yet.
